Gypsy Rose Style Guide
Gypsy Rose Tattoo and Piercing is a local business located in Calgary. From personal experience with this website, I wanted to design a fix to the pain points I’ve noticed with their service listing and booking system. Then after conducting a few surveys to see what could be improved to enhance tattoo and piercing experiences, I researched the types of user interfaces that can improve these pain points.
Website Booking Page Redesign
Along with the website design, I wanted to also rebrand the shop more cohesively by creating a minimal version of its existing logo for the website. Then from the research, I found that having a trustworthy-looking shop is important for people when they’re seeking services like tattoos and piercings, especially if it’s a shop they’re unfamiliar with. So I chose a blue and white colour palette for the logo and website layout to demonstrate those feelings for the business.
